Requirements Experience:
5+ years of experience in an HR Manager role, ideally within a corporate or professional office environment supporting food. Candidates must have experience overseeing multiple business lines. Merger and acquisition experience is a must, as the company has a growth through acquisition path that has already begun.Global experience:
Day-one remit covers both the US and Mexico, and this role need someone who has operated across borders before.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree welcomed.HR Knowledge:
Firm grasp of employment law, onboarding procedures, and performance management best practices. This person will be creating, and leading, the continued education and training schedules for all employees.Tech Proficiency:
Experience with HRIS software (e.g., ADP, Workday, and NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).Interpersonal Skills:

Own the full employee lifecycle, from facilitating seamless new-hire orientations and paperwork to conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding logistics.Training & Scheduling:
Procure, coordinate and schedule professional development workshops and compliance training; track attendance and ensure all employees remain up-to-date with company requirements.Workload Monitoring:
Partner with department managers to review team capacity, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure workload distribution is sustainable and fair.Employee Connect & Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and feedback. Act as an advocate to foster a positive, inclusive office culture and handle conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism. Discover potential burnout before it happens.Operational HR:
