An international automotive component manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources Director who is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including compensation, benefits, safety, training, employee relation, worker's compensation, compliance etc.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, employee relations, training, safety, and workers' compensation. Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to support company goals. Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentives, health insurance, and retirement plans. Manage workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations. Oversee employee training and development programs and identify training needs. Monitor HR performance and develop strategies to improve HR processes and services. Manage HR-related projects and initiatives from planning through implementation. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, including ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements. Manage company insurance programs, including workers' compensation, general liability, property, auto, and other business insurance. Work with management, employees, and outside professionals on HR, legal, immigration, and other employment-related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. 8+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing required Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees. Strong computer and mathematical skills. Non-union environment experience preferred. Automotive manufacturing or multicultural experience is a plus.

$110,000.00
