Job Description
- SUMMARY
- The HR Manager and Business Partner, acts as the business partner to operational leaders and other key stakeholders they support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:_ + Serves as liaison and partners with Operations Management on HR project, implementation on an ongoing basis.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + May supervise HR Operations Specialists in larger operating groups depending on the number of employees. + Manages assigned personnel. Completes performance evaluations, orientation, and training. Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities.

Education and Experience:
_- + Bachelor's Degree in human resources required. + 5 years related Human Resources experience preferred. + At least one year in a management/supervisory role is preferred. Ability to mentor and motivate direct reports.
