PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day operations including; recruiting, payroll, drug screens, interviewing candidates, building a solid pipeline of quality candidates.
• High Volume Recruiting
• Excellent Communication, strong problem solving skills, work independently and strong conflict resolution.

Recruitment Strategies:

interviewing, onboarding processes for both internal and temporary associates.

• Leadership Experience
• Great Personality, go getter, strong sense of Urgency and Think outside the box attitude
• Attending job fairs, networking daily
• Conduct Jibe client service calls to ensure quality customer service.
• Responsible for coordinating the approach and communication strategy of new and reactivated client accounts.
• Partners with local staffing offices and Jibe corporate staff to enhance/supplement product knowledge needed to close the sale as well as implement the product solution.
• Establish contacts in the business community including active participation in local networking events to increase brand recognition and awareness.
• Analyze all reports, utilizing the information to determine areas of improvement for the Jibe branch, and/or organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up skills.
• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Ability to travel to various customer sites as needed. Reliable transportation a must.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a group setting.
• Service-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure. Salary

• 65,000
