Supervisor:
Lead Pastor Provides support-partnership for lead pastor allowing him to focus on his calling without undue administrative, supervisory, or management involvement. Represent well the direction of the Elder Board and Lead Pastor. Formally reviewed annually by the Lead Pastor (this includes informal reviews regularly). Live by the staff expectations agreement.

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
