Responsibilities:

Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations functions Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage performance management and employee development initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Partner with leadership on workforce planning efforts Support employee engagement and retention programs

Qualifications:
