Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Human Resources Manager - Take Ownership of the HR Function Are you an HR professional who enjoys owning the details while also having a voice in the bigger picture? This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a broad HR function within a growing organization where strong fundamentals, organization, and practical problem-solving are valued. Candidates must currently reside in the Indianapolis Metro Area. Relocation candidates will not be considered.

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day HR operations Ensure HR compliance and accurate documentation Handle employee relations and investigations Oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and payroll Partner with leadership on staffing and HR needs Support safety and compliance initiatives Improve HR processes and procedures

What You Bring:

Recent Manufacturing experience, required Recent Experience managing an HR department of 1-2, required 5+ years of progressive HR experience Strong HR compliance and employment law knowledge Broad HR generalist experience, required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience HRIS and payroll system experience HR certification, strongly preferred This is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad HR function, work closely with leadership, and help build practical processes that support employees and organizational growth.
