We are looking for an experienced Human Resource person who has the knowledge, training and experience in all of the Human Resource Disciplines including employment, onboarding, training. Communication strategies, benefit communication, employee relations, safety and can assist management in the effective management of the facility workforce. You will have HR support from the corporate staff in Chicago, to coordinate with, however, we need a person who can work independently, and will be reporting to Chicago in addition to the management at each respective facility. The ideal candidate will have responsibility to guide operations in Greenville, Illinois as well as possibly Indianapolis, Indiana. Our options are open to the point that we will consider a person even if they can only service one of the two locations and can be as an employee or an independent HR provider. If you are part of an organization that provides HR support it will be critical that you will be available to service the facilities we have identified. We believe the right person will be able to bring solid and mature management thinking and planning to this role. You can be based in either of our facilities in central Illinois or Indiana, or if you are only able to service one of the organizations you will be based in that location. $70,673.48 - $85,112.14 per year
