Target Compensation:
$90,000-$100,000 Key Responsibilities for the
HR Manager:
Oversee multi-state HR compliance and ensure adherence to employment regulations across four states. Manage onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and employee relations across multiple locations. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, headcount management, and strategic HR initiatives. Qualifications for the
HR Manager:
HR management experience with responsibility for employee lifecycle and compliance functions. Experience supporting multi-state HR operations and employment compliance.
