HR Business Partner Wabash Castings LLC | Wabash, Indiana At Wabash Castings, a division of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, we're known for tackling the complex. For more than 40 years, our team has produced high-performance aluminum castings for some of the world's leading manufacturers across automotive, heavy truck, construction, off-highway, and emerging industries. Someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, building strong teams, solving challenges, and helping create a workplace where employees can do their best work. What You'll Do As a trusted business partner, you'll: Coach leaders through employee relations, performance, and difficult conversations Lead recruiting efforts to attract top talent Conduct fair, objective workplace investigations Partner with managers to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness Support onboarding and new hire success Interpret HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws Help develop leaders, strengthen teams, and drive continuous improvement Build trusted relationships across every level of the organization What We're Looking For 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience in manufacturing is a plus Strong employee relations, recruiting, coaching, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance employee advocacy with business objectives SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a bonus—but not required If you're ready to make an impact on people, culture, and business performance, we'd love to meet you.
