Job Description
Director of Human Resources. Cloud County Community College seeks a Director of Human Resources. The Director is responsible fororganizing and implementing a personnel and payroll system for the College that includes the advertising of position vacancies, assistingwith the hiring process, maintaining personnel records and personnel policies, the administering of fringe benefits, assisting the Board ofTrustees with the negotiations process, and assisting with the budgeting process. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related fieldrequired. Three to five years of related experience preferred. This is a full-time, 12-month position with a benefit package that includeshealth, dental, and vision coverage and paid leave time.
