Job Description CDM Smith is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Technical Services Unit ( TSU ), providing HR support to the Program Services Group. Reporting to and working in partnership with the Director, Human Resources Business Partners, this role will provide strategic HR leadership, driving initiatives that align with corporate objectives. The Senior HR Business Partner will play a key role in mitigating organizational risk and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role will be an advisor to business leaders for matters regarding talent initiatives, employee relations, compensation, training, and other HR programs and policies that impact business unit's ability to successfully achieve its objectives.
