Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding Support employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture Administer compensation, benefits, leave programs, and HR systems Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices Assist with workforce planning, retention initiatives, and employee development Coordinate HR reporting, audits, and related documentation Partner with leadership on day-to-day HR operations and organizational needs

Qualifications:

Human Resources Manager Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 4 years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience with recruiting, employee relations, and employment law compliance Knowledge of HRIS systems and employee benefits administration Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based employees Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
