Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR activities and serve as a resource for employees and supervisors. Monitor daily attendance, address call-ins and attendance concerns, and maintain attendance tracking. Partner with supervisors to address employee issues and maintain open communication. Work closely with payroll and accounting on employee-related processes. Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and other core HR functions. Participate in morning meetings and stay connected to daily operational needs. Help ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable requirements. Support employees and leadership with questions, concerns, and HR-related needs. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee engagement. Take ownership of the HR function and help shape the role as the needs of the business evolve.
