We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with employment laws. Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing interviewing processes to attract top candidates. Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance skills and engagement. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly through effective conflict management techniques and fostering open communication channels. Ensure compliance with all employment laws including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation regulations, and other relevant legal requirements. Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, payroll processing using platforms like Workday, ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity. Supervise HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Lead performance management processes including employee evaluations, succession planning, and organizational design to optimize workforce effectiveness. Manage HR program implementation related to change management initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership on HR-related projects such as budget planning, HR policy development, contract negotiations, and HR metrics presentation. Proven experience in supervising HR teams with a strong background in human resources management across diverse functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation policies, and contract management. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organization design, performance management systems, and succession planning. Proficiency with HRIS platforms Experience with data analysis skills for HR metrics reporting; familiarity with data collection tools for continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to lead change management processes effectively while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) is preferred but not mandatory; relevant certifications in OSHA or payroll systems are advantageous.
