Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Staffing Operational Supervisor to lead our staffing and recruitment operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensuring the seamless delivery of staffing solutions across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in technical recruiting, and a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce strategies and drive organizational success through effective talent management. Duties Oversee daily staffing operations, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across multiple disciplines. Lead recruitment efforts utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS to streamline candidate management. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal sourcing initiatives. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on employment law compliance and contract negotiations. Conduct negotiations with candidates and external agencies to secure optimal terms while maintaining positive relationships. Coordinate employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and employee relations activities to foster a productive work environment. Utilize social media management tools and lead generation techniques to attract diverse talent pools globally. Ensure compliance with employment laws such as labor regulations, contracts, and HR policies across all recruitment activities. Maintain accurate records within HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft, Kronos, UltiPro, or ADP for reporting and audit purposes. Lead training & development initiatives for the recruitment team to enhance skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement. Monitor staffing metrics to evaluate process efficiency and implement continuous improvements. Requirements Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources leadership roles with a focus on staffing operations. Strong negotiation skills coupled with expertise in technical recruiting, executive search, and campus recruitment. Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos is advantageous. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance across all hiring practices. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience in using social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, lead generation, and succession planning. Strong understanding of contracts, employee evaluation processes, employee orientation programs, and HR policies. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in training & development initiatives for recruitment teams.
