Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR initiatives across the organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing all facets of human resources management, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and workforce planning. As a key driver of organizational success, you will foster a positive workplace culture, implement innovative HR strategies, and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations. Your energetic leadership will empower teams, streamline HR processes, and support our mission to cultivate a thriving, engaged workforce. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates through effective HR sourcing and recruiting techniques. Oversee employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement. Manage employee evaluation systems, performance management cycles, and succession planning efforts to promote continuous improvement. Lead change management projects, organizational design efforts, and workforce management initiatives that align with strategic business goals. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA and affirmative action planning. Foster positive employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly, conducting regular communication sessions, and handling confidential information with integrity. Utilize HR systems (including HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors) for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform decision-making. Skills Extensive experience in human capital management, human resources management, and personnel administration. Proven ability in project management with a focus on organizational design, strategic planning, and change management. Deep knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements such as FMLA and workers' compensation. Proficiency in HR sourcing tools including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever or iCIMS; familiarity with HRIS platforms such as UltiPro or PeopleSoft is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, training delivery, and leadership collaboration. Skilled in data entry, Excel data analysis, payroll processing (Paychex or ADP), benefits administration, and utilizing HR systems like Kronos or Dayforce for workforce management. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining compliance with employment & labor laws across diverse jurisdictions.
