Job Description

Job Summary Beyond Business Management is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations across multiple affiliated businesses, including home health and healthcare organizations throughout Massachusetts. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance, strengthening workforce operations, and supporting high-quality patient care through effective HR strategy and execution. Responsibilities Lead and manage all HR functions across multiple companies and locations Ensure compliance with Massachusetts labor laws and federal Oversee healthcare regulatory compliance with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), Medicare, and Medicaid Direct recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for clinical and administrative staff Ensure proper credentialing and licensing for healthcare personnel (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs) Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes Oversee payroll compliance, compensation structures, and benefits administration Implement training programs (compliance, infection control, workplace safety, etc.) Maintain HR systems, documentation, and audit readiness Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth Travel between locations within Massachusetts as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3-5 + years of HR experience, including at least 1-3 years in a leadership role Experience in managing HR across multiple locations or entities preferred. Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws and compliance requirements Healthcare or home health experience strongly preferred Experience with audits, surveys, and regulatory compliance preferred Experience supporting home health or healthcare organizations Occasional travel required
Pay:
$73,862.10 - $88,952.21 per year
