Job Description Partner with site leadership to develop and implement workforce and people strategies Lead employee relations activities, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations Support recruiting strategy and hiring plans while partnering with talent acquisition resources Leverage HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations Facilitate leadership coaching, training, and professional development initiatives Lead HR support for organizational growth, transformation, and change management activities Collaborate with leadership to build a high-performing workforce MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 7+ years of progressive HR experience 3-5+ years of HR leadership or management experience Manufacturing, industrial, operations, or similar environment experience required Strong Employee Relations expertise Experienced in: Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development Experience supporting growth, transformation, or scaling organizations Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP preferred Bachelor's degree preferred What's on Offer Base salary: $130,000 - $145,000 Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Fully onsite leadership role in Devens, MA Comprehensive and competitive benefits package Opportunity to help shape a growing manufacturing site Career growth within a respected global organization
