Director of Human Resources Position Summary Strategic and hands-on HR leader responsible for all human resources functions for a growing medical device manufacturer (~160 employees). Partners with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance while leading a small HR team across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and leadership team Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management Ensure compliance with employment laws and
