Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish HR Manager to join their team. As a HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the organization's growth and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 3:00pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job?
Foster an employee-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity. Provide comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, performance management, labor planning, and day-to-day employee support/questions. Oversee site payroll processing and off-cycle payments. Support employee engagement activities when needed. Communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully and professionally. What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources. Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field. Experience with employee relations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
