Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations and departments Partner with Branch managers to define roles, hiring needs, and recruitment strategies Create, post, and manage job listings across platforms (Indeed, MyCNA, etc.) Screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and coordinate hiring processes Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods Support and grow the employee referral program Onboarding & Compliance Manage the full onboarding process for caregivers and administrative staff.
