In this role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Your energetic leadership will drive workforce development and organizational growth, ensuring that our HR practices align with business objectives and regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture while managing complex HR functions with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance evaluation processes to enhance workforce skills and engagement. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and fostering open communication channels. Administer benefits programs, including benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance. Ensure regulatory compliance management by maintaining adherence to employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, and other relevant regulations. Utilize HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or Taleo for data collection, reporting, and analytics to support strategic planning and workforce management initiatives. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership within a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including talent management, succession planning, organization design, and performance management. Demonstrated expertise in project management related to HR initiatives such as change management and benefits administration. Strong understanding of employment law in talent management as well as experience with HR sourcing tools like ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms such as iCIMS or Kenexa BrassRing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel data analysis—and familiarity with payroll processing systems like Paychex or Dayforce. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through organizational design and strategic planning skills. Pay:
