Manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, HR compliance, and workforce reporting across the employee life cycle. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of human resources experience. Experience managing recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes. Experience with employee relations and grievance handling. Experience administering performance management or appraisal programs. Knowledge of federal, state, and applicable local labor and employment laws. Experience developing and administering HR policies and procedures. Experience administering employee benefits and compensation programs. Experience using HR metrics and workforce data for reporting and decision support. Preferred Skills Experience managing the full employee life cycle. Experience developing training and professional development programs. Experience with HR information systems and employee records management. Experience supporting regulatory compliance audits or employment-related documentation. Experience analyzing compensation, benefits, turnover, recruiting, or workforce metrics. Job Responsibilities Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring. Coordinate employee onboarding and related employment documentation. Administer employee relations processes and investigate workplace concerns and grievances. Develop, implement, and maintain performance appraisal systems. Coordinate training and professional development programs. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Maintain compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. Administer employee benefit programs. Support compensation administration and related documentation. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Track and analyze HR metrics. Prepare workforce reports and provide HR data to management. Support employee lifecycle activities from recruitment through separation.
Pay:
110k-120k/year Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
