Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to support performance management and career development initiatives for a global organization west of Boston. This Long-term Contract position will focus on strengthening talent processes, improving program consistency, and ensuring managers and employees have the resources needed to navigate key performance and growth activities. The role blends strategic program leadership with hands-on partnership across HR teams, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive effective execution and ongoing enhancement.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planning, coordination, and delivery of the full performance management cycle across a global employee population.
  • Shape performance programs so they reflect organizational priorities, leadership standards, and company values.
  • Develop and update manager and employee resources, including guidance materials, learning content, communication plans, and key milestone schedules tied to process and system usage.
  • Work with talent analytics partners to support calibration activities, review results, identify trends, and recommend refinements based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and shared services groups to maintain smooth, business-focused execution of performance-related processes.
  • Support the design and advancement of skills-based career development initiatives and structured career pathing programs.
  • Help translate talent management requirements into effective HRIS-supported processes within the organization's people systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by evaluating program effectiveness and recommending practical enhancements to tools, workflows, and user experience.
