SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic advice and guidance on talent matters to the senior leaders and management within the commercial teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide HR leadership and advice to managers and employees in areas such as recruiting, performance management, succession planning, organizational development, and workforce planning Ability to flex between strategic and tactical Build strong relationships with leaders and teams Suggest HR strategies that align with business goals and support the team's success Help managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues Prepare and leverage human resources data to inform and influence process improvements and key decisions Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and execute ideas to enhance culture Assist in resolving workplace conflicts Partner with HR colleagues on team-related projects and activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
