Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing construction company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manage r to lead all aspects of HR across the organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building processes, partnering with leadership, and supporting a fast-paced, evolving business. The ideal candidate has experience within the construction, real estate, or related trades industry, understands the unique challenges of a field-based workforce, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where growth and change are constant. Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR resource for the organization, owning the full employee lifecycle. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational growth, and employee engagement initiatives. Lead recruiting efforts for salaried and field positions, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation. Manage employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution. Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and employee communications. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices. Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a growing organization. Partner with payroll and leadership on compensation, performance reviews, and HR reporting. Support managers with employee development, coaching, and leadership guidance. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience leading a broad HR function. Experience in the construction, real estate, engineering, or related industry strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compliance, and performance management. Comfortable operating in a hands-on role within a growing organization. Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels, from field personnel to executive leadership. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP

Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
