Director of Human Resources-Baltimore, MD Salary:
$100,000•$130,000 In office 5 days/week

Lead all HR functions including compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for all positions Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency requirements Manage HR systems, workers' compensation, and retirement plan administration Supervise the Payroll Manager and related processes Qualifications for the

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, management, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR and benefits experience Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance Prior experience managing employees; independent school experience preferred #
