Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee communications, and employee engagement initiatives Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs Analyze and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment costs Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations Develop and manage HR department budget

Scheduling Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a post-acute care setting Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency in HR software and systems
