Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with variable days/weekends based on staffing or patient needs and an on-call rotation

Guaranteed Hours:

40 hours/week Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine . Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership Assist the Director of Nursing (DNS) with the daily planning, organization, and management of nursing services. Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local long-term-care regulations. Monitor resident care plans, medical records, documentation, and clinical outcomes. Coordinate with physicians, pharmacy, rehabilitation, admissions, case management, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure proper medication administration and adherence to nursing protocols. Support infection prevention and control practices. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities. Conduct or assist with chart reviews, audits, and corrective-action plans. #HC1

$85.00 - $90.00 per hour
