Dunkin' Multi-Unit Leadership Overview We are looking for an experienced District Manager with a strong Human Resources background to join our growing Dunkin' organization. HR experience is a key requirement for this position. The ideal candidate combines hands-on multi-unit operations experience with a strong background in employee relations and people development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support multi-unit restaurant operations Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams Handle employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and documentation Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention Ensure HR policies and employment practices are followed consistently Partner with leadership on staffing, performance, and employee concerns Regularly visit locations and work directly with restaurant teams

What We're Looking For:

Strong HR/employee relations experience Multi-unit operations experience preferred Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience a plus HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Join us as a District Manager - Operations & Human Resources to lead with energy, inspire innovation, and make a lasting impact across your district!
