2996439900-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Oak Grove Center seeks an Onsite Campus People Strategy Partner to support our trauma-informed residential treatment and school campus in San Jacinto, CA. In this role, you will serve as an embedded HR and people operations partner, aligning workforce strategies with our mission to help at risk and special needs youth heal and grow. You will advise leaders on employee relations, performance, and staffing; support recruitment and onboarding; coordinate training in trauma-informed practices; and promote a safe, supportive culture for our multidisciplinary team. This position is fully onsite to be closely connected to staff and youth needs. Responsibilities Serve as onsite HR/people partner for leaders and staff on campus Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives Guide managers on performance management and employee relations Coordinate training in trauma-informed, youth-focused practices Analyze workforce data to support staffing and engagement Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations Partner with leadership on culture, recognition, and well-being programs Support conflict resolution, coaching, and corrective actions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align people strategy with clinical and educational goals Required Skills Employee relations HR policy implementation Talent development Performance management Workforce planning Conflict resolution HRIS systems Training facilitation Data analysis & reporting Change management
