They are recruiting a Human Resources Manager to join their team on a full-time schedule in return for $80,000-$120,000 per year along with excellent employment benefits.

Responsibilities:

Lead all day-to-day HR functions across a multi-shift manufacturing facility Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried plant positions Oversee employee onboarding, orientation and new-hire training Handle employee relations, workplace concerns and conflict resolution Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary and performance processes Ensure compliance with OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA and employment regulations Maintain employee records, I-9 compliance and required documentation Partner with EHS on workers' compensation and return-to-work programs Coordinate payroll, benefits enrollment and employee leave Track turnover, attendance and staffing metrics to improve retention Maintain HRIS systems and provide HR reporting to plant leadership Develop and update employee policies and the employee handbook Requirements 5+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience Manufacturing or food production experience preferred Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems Food manufacturing, GMP and HACCP knowledge preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or

SHRM-SCP

certification preferred
