As a Manager, HR Business Partner within the Advanced Technology group, you will serve as a trusted business partner, driving the people priorities to deliver the business strategy. You will 'bring a strong foundation of business acumen and continuously deepen your knowledge' of the business, technology roadmap and engineering milestones, to ensure our talent strategy directly accelerates business deliverables. Organization Ford Motor Company is undergoing its largest transformation in recent history, as the company evolves from a traditional automotive manufacturer to a software-defined, technology-driven automotive company. The Advanced Technology organization plays a critical role in enabling this transformation. This team is responsible for developing the foundational software technology, architecture, and digital experiences needed to define Ford ' s future.
