Human Resources Manager

North Woods Nursing Center is in search of a Full-Time Human Resource Manager to administer and manage all Human Resource functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, retention, benefits administration, leave management, personnel policy, onboarding & payroll preparation. The Human Resource Manager is a hands-on professional who provides full cycle HR support with the ability to guide people operations in a thoughtful, timely, accurate and professional manner. Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to: Process bi-weekly timecards & prepare for payroll processing Recruit and onboard qualified team members Ensure compliance with company policies & government regulations Coaches & assist employees and managers on a variety of employment matters, such as performance management, benefits, employee relations, leave of absences and worker's compensation. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with managers and staff

Wage Information:

$22.85 - $25.35/hour based on experience Including $0.85/hour additional bonus pay through until 09.30.26

Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel High level attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple activities. You must be comfortable jumping right in and handling tasks as needed, asking clarifying questions and learning new skills and processes. Professional interpersonal skills Ability to work six - seven weekends per year as weekend manager.
