Overview Join our dynamic organization as a Human Resources Manager and lead our HR initiatives to foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic HR planning, oversee talent acquisition and development, and ensure our HR practices align with regulatory standards. Your energetic leadership will empower teams, streamline HR operations, and cultivate a positive workplace culture that supports organizational growth and employee success. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive human capital management strategies to optimize workforce performance and engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and conducting interviews to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and retention. Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning to support career growth and organizational stability. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance to ensure employee well-being. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal standards, affirmative action planning, and HR department policies across all operations. Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Experience Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in human resources sourcing, recruitment strategies, personnel administration, and benefits administration. Hands-on experience with HR systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar platforms such as Dayforce or PeopleSoft. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead change management initiatives and organization design projects effectively. Excellent communication skills for conflict management, employee relations, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with compliance requirements related to workers' compensation, FMLA, OSHA regulations, and employment law in various jurisdictions. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
