The Human Resources Manager is responsible for driving the business priorities across 200+ person facilities. Manage and coordinate the company's human resources function such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Work with site leadership team to provide a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives and guidance to the business and employees to resolve matters providing advice on the direction. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and staffing processes Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems (ADP a plus) Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and discipline Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, EEO, ADA, and wage & hour laws Support HR strategy, reporting/KPIs, and organizational development Improve processes, policies, and workforce effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 4-5+ years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong background in recruiting, payroll, and employee relations PHR preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Additional Info Occasional travel (including international) may be required Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
