Alamo Cove Rehab and Nursing Center is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our close-knit management team! What You'll Do Serve as a trusted resource for employees and facility leadership Complete the full cycle Human Resource Functions for 100 employee facility Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee-engagement efforts Support employee relations, coaching, investigations, and progressive discipline Help leaders consistently apply workplace policies and procedures Coordinate leave administration, workers' compensation, and other HR programs Maintain accurate personnel records and support regulatory compliance Identify creative ways to strengthen culture, communication, and teamwork Bring positive energy, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused approach to the facility What We're Looking For Human resources experience, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance The confidence to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion A collaborative leader who enjoys being visible, approachable, and involved Someone who can balance compassion with accountability A team player who is ready to jump in, contribute, and have fun along the way Why Join Us?
