HR Manager Responsibilities As the HR Manager, you will: Lead the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations. HR Manager Qualifications To be successful in this HR Manager role, candidates should possess: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
