Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Guide employees and managers on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and resolution of employee relations matters.
- Administer core human resources activities, including onboarding coordination, documentation management, and employment records maintenance.
- Oversee benefits-related tasks by supporting enrollments, updates, employee questions, and issue resolution with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage leave and accommodation processes, including FMLA and ADA requests, while maintaining compliance with applicable requirements.
- Prepare and review offer letters and other employment documents to ensure completeness, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Support recruiting activities by coordinating hiring steps, facilitating communication, and helping create a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain HR data within systems such as UKG Pro and other HRIS platforms, ensuring records are current and carefully reviewed.
- Monitor HR practices for compliance with internal policies and external regulations, identifying gaps and helping implement corrective actions.
