Experience independently managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and employee-development initiatives. Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience managing recruiting and employee relations independently High level of judgment, discretion, and accountability Ability to develop trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels. A service oriented leader who models our core values in practice - builds trust through follow-through and candor, leads with humility, and holds a high standard of excellence. Able to point to specific examples of developing people, earning credibility across an organization, and putting the needs of the team ahead of personal recognition.Preferred:
