Job Description

What you'll do: Be a go-to HR advisor for regional and site leadership on workforce planning, performance, and employee relations Lead and coach a corporate HR Recruitment team who support field locations Own talent acquisition strategy for the network, including hiring plans for high-volume hourly roles and site leadership positions Manage complex employee relations cases- investigations, terminations, accommodations, with consistency and sound judgment Keep FMP compliant across multiple state and local employment laws Spot patterns across sites and bring systemic issues back to HR leadership to fix at the root, not case by case Support the rollout of new HR tools and processes, including manager self-service and training What you bring: 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading people Experience supporting a multi-site, geographically distributed workforce from a corporate role, distribution, manufacturing, retail, or logistics backgrounds are a strong fit Experience owning or closely partnering on talent acquisition, ideally for high-volume hourly/frontline hiring Strong employee relations skillset, including investigations and complex case management Working knowledge of employment law across multiple states A track record of getting things done with a lean team and a lot of ground to cover PHR/SPHR or
SHRM-CP/SCP
