Qualifications Required:
5+ years of HR experience, with strong partnership to operations leadership Proven ability to influence and coach supervisors and managers Experience in employee relations within a high-volume or multi-shift environment Strong knowledge of employment law and practical application Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
