This is a hands-on leadership role that sits at the intersection of people management and project execution. You will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations — keeping jobs on track, our team performing at a high level, and our customers satisfied from contract to completion. If you thrive in a fast-moving trade environment, have a passion for mentoring skilled tradespeople, and know how to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball, we want to hear from you. What you'll do Oversee day-to-day staffing and scheduling for a team of commercial kitchen equipment installers. Manage all aspects of active projects — scope, scheduling, coordination, and on-time delivery. Provide training for new hires and fill training gaps for current installers Conduct regular employee performance reviews and provide constructive, ongoing feedback. Lead the full hiring cycle — reviewing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy. Serve as the primary point of contact for all field-related construction and installation questions. Visit jobsites as needed to support the team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Travel to job locations when required for problem resolution or special customer projects — all travel expenses covered by RES. Own each project from kickoff to punch list — knowing every detail and seeing it through to completion. What we install Commercial kitchen equipment (stainless steel tables, ranges, ovens, refrigerators) Bar equipment and service stations Exhaust hoods and ventilation systems Walk-in coolers and freezers
Qualifications:
Proven construction experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment installation. Hands-on experience installing commercial kitchen equipment such as stainless steel tables, ranges, ovens, and refrigerators. Skilled in hanging exhaust hoods and ventilation systems. Experience erecting walk-in coolers and freezers. TIG welding experience is a major plus.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
