Human Resources Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personnel administration, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting talent management initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of employment and labor laws, HR legal compliance, and proficiency in handling confidential information. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations aligned with organizational goals. Duties Lead and coordinate personnel administration activities, including onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding processes. Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness in compensation distribution. Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations across all HR functions. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, maintaining data privacy standards. Develop and implement HR policies that align with legal requirements and best practices in talent management. Support recruitment efforts by managing job postings, interviews, and selection processes. Provide guidance on employment law issues related to talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal compliance requirements to mitigate organizational risk. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for employee engagement, development, and retention. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication within the HR department. Experience Proven experience in an HR department role with demonstrated knowledge of personnel administration and payroll management. Strong understanding of employment law and labor regulations relevant to talent management. Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Familiarity with HR legal compliance standards and best practices in human resources management. Prior experience managing or supporting an HR team is preferred. Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
