Strong background in employee relations, HR administration, compensation and benefits, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated success advising senior executives on talent strategy, organizational planning, and complex workplace issues.
Knowledge of employment law, workplace investigations, and labor relations within a large or complex organizational setting.
Proven ability to build consistent HR practices across diverse business units, locations, or employee groups.
Experience developing programs that improve employee engagement, operational effectiveness, and overall workforce performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, IPMA-SCP, or comparable senior-level professional certification. Must be a resident of Kansas City, Missouri, or willing to relocate to Kansas City, Missouri.
