Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and accounting best practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving process improvements that enhance overall efficiency. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources practices, process improvement, and employee orientation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Duties Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, initial interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues or concerns. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operations and employee satisfaction. Utilize systems such as Workforce and Workforce Time for data management and reporting. Conduct training sessions for employee orientation and ongoing professional development. Analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding workforce management. Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices. Processing weekly payroll Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies Experience Proven experience in human resources management or a related field. Strong skills in data analysis to drive decision-making processes. Experience with QuickBooks and Workforce software Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
