Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and tracking departmental statistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises staff including hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development. Assists in developing staffing plans and budgets, ensuring operational goals are met. Provides direct patient care based on assessed needs, creating collaborative care plans aligned with medical treatment. Oversees staff productivity, manages staff schedules, conducts performance reviews, and handles disciplinary actions. Supports staffing decisions, payroll reconciliation, staff communication, and overtime management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; RN license required.
Experience:
2-5 years, with supervisory experience preferred; bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience are advantageous.
Skills:
Leadership, staff management, patient care, and operational coordination.
Additional Preferences:
Experience in neurology and supervisory roles.
