Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. This role offers an opportunity to influence company culture, implement innovative HR strategies, and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a key partner in driving workforce management and organizational success through effective leadership and strategic planning. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of human capital management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Develop and implement comprehensive employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. Lead change management initiatives by designing organizational structures, managing transitions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data management using platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal standards, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), affirmative action planning, and other regulatory requirements. Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively, promoting open communication, and maintaining a positive work environment. Utilize data analysis tools like Excel for HR data collection, reporting, and decision-making; support strategic planning with insights derived from HR metrics. Coordinate with the HR department on sourcing initiatives through ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms such as Paychex or Ceridian to streamline recruiting processes. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in employment law compliance, personnel administration, and HR systems support. Demonstrated expertise in talent management strategies including succession planning and workforce management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel—for data analysis and reporting purposes. Extensive knowledge of HR legal compliance standards related to workers' compensation, FMLA, benefits administration, and labor regulations. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels of the organization. Prior experience working with HRIS platforms such as Kronos or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
