Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. In this vital role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive organizational success by developing innovative HR programs, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring seamless HR operations aligned with our company's goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce strategy while collaborating closely with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performance culture. Pay based off experience. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth integration process. Oversee employee relations and conflict management initiatives, mediating disputes and fostering open communication channels across teams. Oversee and maintain employee files. Information stays up-to-date and approved before starting work. Implement performance management programs that support employee evaluation, goal setting, and continuous development aligned with organizational objectives. Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms for data collection, reporting, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP, Paylocity), and HR analytics to inform strategic decisions. Develop organization design strategies and succession planning initiatives to optimize workforce structure and prepare future leaders. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards. Facilitate training & development programs to enhance skills across the organization while supporting change management processes during organizational transitions. Requirements Proven experience supervising HR teams with a strong background in human resources management principles. Extensive knowledge of employment law including FMLA, workers' compensation policies, and labor standards. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies utilizing HR sourcing techniques and applicant tracking. Strong negotiation skills for contract review, vendor management, and resolving employee disputes effectively. Proficiency in data analysis skills are essential for reporting insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and staff at all levels. Experience in benefits administration including health plans and retirement programs. Ability to lead process improvement projects that enhance HR operations efficiency while maintaining compliance standards. Strategic planning capabilities combined with organizational design expertise to support company growth objectives.
